TJ OREILLY -
MANAGING PARTNER
TJ OReilly, a native New Englander, is a Branding and Marketing professional and managing partner at Freedom Overwatch LLC, Symbol Marketing, Regular Guy Tees, and all related brands. TJ has over 35 years of experience in retail, manufacturing, and licensing. He is a veteran of the Army and currently resides in Naples Florida.
In 1986 TJ started in retail with his dad. TJ was managing 3 stores by the age of 19. Understanding merchandising, color schemes, client interface, and management were all key takeaways. After the Army, he joined Logo Loc LLC, a family-owned business. Logo Loc was one of the largest decorators in New England offering welding, screen printing, embroidery, digital, and private label/ distribution. He has worked with some of the biggest brands to include Nike, Polo, Adidas, Jeep, and Abercrombie and Fitch to name a few. Through these relationships, TJ gained a knowledge of product development, inventory management, distribution, and design.
In 1994, he met Marc Kaufman from Old Toledo Brands. Marc had the license for Jeep and introduced TJ to the world of licensing to include brand interaction, royalties, approvals, merchandising, and design.
Today he is a managing partner in multiple successful B2C ecommerce brands and has licenses supporting these businesses. Outside of work, TJ enjoys his wife and family of 4 kids and 2 dogs. Golf and beach days are his other passions.
BRETT NIGRO -
MANAGING PARTNER
Brett has been a driven entrepreneur since 1993. Over the past 30 years Brett has identified and maximized the potential from a variety of markets in the Telecom , Software, Apparel, Holistic Medicine, Equipment Financing and Real Estate industries. His companies’ clients have included: Citi Bank, Dunkin Brands, 7-11, Phillips Norelco, Gulf Oil, Ace Cash Express, Staples, Incomm plus hundreds of retail chains accounts (regional and national) across the US.
Brett has leveraged that experience and is now the Founder and Managing Partner and for Hampshire Capital Partners.. HCP is an early-stage investment firm dedicated to the success of their portfolio companies and the entrepreneurs who create them.
Brett is a Board Director and outgoing President for The Cobbetts Pond Improvement Association, www.CPIA.org : a non-profit committed to water quality and the enhancement of lake life for its residents. Brett is an avid wake-surfer and family man with a wife and two amazing daughters plus boxer puppy to keep them all on their toes.
JASON HOLLAND -
MANAGING PARTNER
Jason is a marketing professional and serial entrepreneur who currently lives and works in Hampton, NH. A native of New England who has worked in several major metro areas on the east coast, he has spent the last 30 years focused on driving success in the areas of marketing, promotion, branding and design.
Through his career, Jason has helped such clients as Citi Group, ADP, Humana Insurance, NETSCOUT Systems and Extreme Networks achieve their marketing goals. He also has significant experience in the field of licensing and was instrumental in initiating relationships with several professional athletes as well as developing current relationships with the United States Marine Corps, United States Navy and the United States Coast Guard.
Jason currently serves as managing partner Freedom Overwatch LLC, Symbol Marketing, Regular Guy Tees, and all related brands. When not working, he enjoys going on culinary adventures with his wife and spending time with their dogs.
